We are so grateful for the cold, sweet treat on this hot afternoon. Our CNAs work hard to care for our residents, and special surprises like this help make them feel appreciated during CNA Week.

We’ve had a fun start to CNA Week! 🎉

On Monday, our friends from Hospice Plus helped us kick off the celebration with a delicious popcorn bar! 🍿

Our residents have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities each day, offering something for everyone to enjoy. From games and crafts to social gatherings and special events, there’s always something happening around Senior Care. We love seeing the smiles and sharing in the joy these moments bring.

Today we’re celebrating National Speech Pathologist Day and giving a BIG shoutout to our amazing speech therapist, Mandi!

We are so blessed to have someone who truly loves and cares for each of our residents. From helping residents regain skills and confidence to sharing smiles and laughter along the way, Mandi pours her heart into what she does.

Thank you, Mandi, for the compassion and care you show our residents and team. We appreciate you more than words can say!

And just like that… our Once Upon a Time Nursing Home Week came to a magical end with Happily Ever After Day. 👑

Today may have been the best chapter yet! Our halls were filled with nonstop smiles, laughter, music, and memories all day long. Cinderella welcomed everyone to her Royal Tea Party where residents enjoyed tea options and plenty of sweet treats fit for royalty. ☕🧁

We closed out the week with our Happily Ever After Ball, complete with live music from the amazing The Rusty Nail Band. Residents and staff danced the day away and even had custom caricatures drawn to remember this unforgettable celebration. 💃🕺

To make the day even more fun, our staff dressed as their favorite happily ever after couples and groups, bringing so many beloved storybook characters to life throughout the building. ❤️

What a magical week it has been. From royal feasts and enchanted forests to pirates, villains, heroes, and happily ever afters — the joy shared this week reminded us that the best stories are the ones we create together. 📖

Chapter 4 has come to an end and our Storybook Showdown did not disappoint! ⚔️👑✨

Today was all about good versus evil and the battles were fierce from beginning to end. We kicked off the day with “Dawning of the Dress” where residents created their own shields and sashes to prepare for the ultimate showdown.

Then came the Ultimate Battle of Good Versus Evil! Residents and staff faced off in wheelchair races, javelin throwing, and many other fun competitions filled with laughter, cheering, and unforgettable moments. In the end, the good guys prevailed and captured the villains, taking them hostage to officially save the kingdom. 😉🏰

What a fun-filled day of smiles, teamwork, and storybook adventures at Senior Care! Stay tuned as our Once Upon a Time week continues. 📖

🚨 Attention All Nurses! 🚨

Join us this evening at Royal Estates from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM as we celebrate and show appreciation for the incredible nurses in our community! 🩺

Whether you’re heading home after a long shift or on your way in for the night, stop by and grab dinner on us. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with others in our community to honor our amazing nursing community for the compassion and care you provide every single day.

We can’t wait to see you this evening!

Beth and Patti from Solaris Healthcare stopped by to visit yesterday and surprise our team with baskets full of goodies!
I don’t think they expected to walk into our Neverland Adventures and a world full of fairies, mermaids, and pirates. 🧚‍♀️🧜‍♀️ 🏴‍☠️
