If you’re pregnant and planning to breastfeed, I need you to remember not all breastfeeding advice is good advice, even when someone says it with their whole chest.

But how are you supposed to know the difference?

You’ve saved 67 reels and half of them contradict the others.

One mom told you a horror story and now you’re wondering if you’ll be “lucky” or “unlucky”

People told you what a good latch LOOKS like but no one showed you HOW to get there… or if they did, they probably didn’t show you what to fix if it does hurt. They just said unlatch and try again.

Now you’re 34 weeks, baby is coming soon, you want to breastfeed with your whole heart, but you’re nervous it won’t work out.

If you’re planning to breastfeed, and your plan is to let things play out and ask your doctor for help if you need to… I 10/10 recommend rethinking that plan.
