Cait Cashier, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Cait provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for individuals across the lifespan in person at Level: Wellness • Mind’s Lawrence and Topeka locations, and via Telehealth to clients at our Wichita office and to clients across Kansas.

As a veteran and dedicated Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have devoted my career to serving others with unwavering commitment, clinical excellence, and genuine compassion. My mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and to create a safe, respectful environment where every individual feels heard, valued, and empowered.

With extensive experience working with diverse populations, I provide patient-centered care to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I am deeply committed to holistic support, including care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I believe every person deserves dignity, understanding, and access to high-quality mental health care, and I tailor each treatment plan to meet the individual’s cognitive, emotional, and developmental needs.

I believe effective mental health care goes beyond symptom management. True healing involves a whole-person approach—addressing mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Each individual brings a unique story shaped by life experiences, strengths, and challenges. By treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on a diagnosis, I strive to support meaningful, lasting improvements in quality of life.

I am a strong advocate for individuals who have experienced complex trauma, including domestic violence, abuse, and other adverse life events. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, emphasizing safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. I am also honored to serve men and women in uniform—both military personnel and civilians in service roles—who often face unique psychological and emotional stressors while caring for others.

For scheduling, I can be reached directly at (785) 262-9850 or email at [email protected].

Welcome Courtney Mariano, LMSW, LMAC!

Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, big life changes, or just feeling stuck. You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I work with teens (14+) and adults who are navigating depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, and the day-to-day weight of trying to keep everything together.

I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about getting to know yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way and learning how to move through life with more clarity and confidence. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and real. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together to find what actually helps.

I use evidence-based approaches while weaving in mindfulness, self-awareness, and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about building skills, gaining insight, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure, no judgment. From there, we can begin to untangle what’s been weighing on you and help you feel more balanced, empowered, and connected to yourself.

For scheduling, I can be reached directly at 316-453-1504 or email at [email protected].

Welcome John Henshall, LSCSW!

John earned his Master of Social Work from Newman University and completed advanced training with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, where he developed a strong foundation in holistic, mind-body approaches. Over the years, he has also developed and led mindfulness programs for veterans, first responders, and community groups.

John has over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate trauma, PTSD, and some of life’s more complex challenges. His background includes case management, individual and group therapy, and addiction counseling, allowing him to take a practical, well-rounded approach to therapy.

John works with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as the families who support them. His approach blends evidence-based practices with mindfulness and meditation, helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often describe John as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. He aims to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through whatever brings them to therapy.

Outside of work, John has been married for 30 years and has two daughters. He enjoys fishing, kayaking, listening to music, and spending time at home with his two dogs—and his wife’s two cats, which he has learned to tolerate.

For scheduling, John can be reached directly at 316- 413-3808 or email at [email protected].

Jessica Demaree-Morgan, LMSW

To schedule with me, I can be reached directly at (316) 453-1037 or email at [email protected].

I believe therapy should feel like a space that is safe, supportive and welcoming. My style is warm and straightforward. I’ll always meet you with compassion, and I’ll also be honest with you, offering gentle challenges when they can help you grow.

I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma experiences, chronic illness, grief, loss, divorce and su***de loss. These experiences can feel incredibly heavy and at times you have to handle them on your own. You don’t. Therapy is a collaborative process. I’m here to listen, help you build coping skills and support you as you move toward changes that feel meaningful and doable.

I feel it is important to support those who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or lonely in the many roles that they juggle. The expectations put on those in relationships, work, parenting, caregiving, and just trying to meet the needs of others can be challenging. Therapy can be the one place where you get to slow down, be heard and reconnect with whom you are underneath all that pressure.

My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered and more connected to a life that feels balanced, purposeful and aligned with your values.

Welcome Kelly Grow, LMSW!

I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating and may bring up worry or uncertainty. My goal is to create a space that helps ease those concerns — a place where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly understood. My approach is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and grounded in providing a safe environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I work with individuals, couples navigating marriage challenges, and families seeking stronger communication and deeper connection. I also support clients experiencing anxiety and depression, offering practical tools and personalized strategies to meet your unique needs.

Using a strengths-based approach, I focus on identifying and building upon your existing resilience and capabilities. Together, we will develop effective coping skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and approach challenges with greater confidence and clarity. My goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
