Welcome Renae McFalls, LSCSW!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where adults and couples can feel heard, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change.

I work with adults and couples experiencing relationship challenges, processing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, grief, life transitions and stress. I have a special passion for helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate conflict in healthier ways while also helping individuals heal from past experiences and build more fulfilling lives.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, Gottman Method principles for couples, and Brainspotting, a brain-body approach to processing trauma that many clients compare to EMDR.

Every client deserves compassionate, personalized care that honors their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I earned a Master of Social Work degree from Newman University and am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) practicing since 2011. I offer in-person therapy downtown Wichita office and secure telehealth services throughout Kansas. Everyone has a unique story; I would love to hear yours.

For scheduling, I can be reached directly at (316) 477-9416 or email at [email protected].

Welcome Rachel Breaux, LMSW!

Healing begins with connection. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and free to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship where you can explore life’s challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward the healing and growth you deserve.

I work with adolescents and adults using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you and intentionally work toward those goals in a way that feels collaborative, meaningful, and empowering.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and stage of healing. I also value the connection between the mind and body, recognizing that healing often involves caring for both.

I believe each person already possesses the capacity for growth and healing, even when life has made it difficult to see. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their resilience, build confidence in themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change.

For scheduling, I can be reached directly at 316-320-6220 or email at [email protected].

Welcome Chrystal Dobrzyn, PMHNP-BC!

Chrystal is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and medication prescriber at Level: Wellness • Mind’s downtown location.

With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Chrystal brings a compassionate, collaborative approach to psychiatric care. She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and older.

While medication management is an important part of her practice, Chrystal believes effective mental health care extends beyond medication alone. She takes a whole-person approach that incorporates supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies to complement medication when appropriate. She also values collaborating with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of a client’s healthcare team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

Whether someone is seeking mental health care for the first time or continuing their treatment journey, Chrystal’s goal is to provide evidence-based care in a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, empowered, and hopeful about the future.

To schedule an appointment, Chrystal can be reached directly at (316) 320-8443 or by email at [email protected].

Welcome Telehealth therapist Jourdan Miller, LMFT!

I provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Kansas and Colorado.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist can be just as overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you need to have everything figured out.

I enjoy working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-doubt, and the challenges that come with trying to better understand yourself and your relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for change, therapy can provide the space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.

To schedule an appointment, you can contact me directly at (316) 320-5099 or email at [email protected].

Welcome Rachael Foster, LPC-T!

My approach is easygoing, compassionate, and passionate. I see clients ages 10 and up from all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, races, and ethnicities. Many clients are looking for someone who will truly listen, provide guidance, and offer practical tools to help them achieve their goals while navigating challenges from the past, present, or future.

I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and small groups. I have always been passionate about helping people and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I believe every person is unique, and therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than expecting everyone to fit the same approach. I work collaboratively with clients to find the therapeutic methods that best support their needs and goals.
