Reset.
Retrain.
Reclaim.

Three steps.

Built on five pillars.

RESET

Reduce threat.
Restore movement.
Create momentum.

This is where the Nervous System and Movement pillars work together.

RETRAIN

Build new movement options.
Restore confidence.

This is where Movement and Self Belief grow.

RECLAIM

Return to real life.

Training.
Golf.
CrossFit.
Running.
Parenthood.

This is where Rhythm and Chemistry help make results stick.

Most people stop after step one.

That's why progress stalls.

Three steps.

Five pillars.

A real plan.

Anything less is improv.

Most people can't do a pull-up.

And most coaches will tell them they need to get stronger.

They're usually only half right.

The missing piece is often scapular control.

Because you can't pull from a position you can't control.

Strength matters.

But strength built on poor mechanics usually leads to frustration.

The drill in this video teaches your body how to organize the shoulder blade before the elbow ever bends.

Try it consistently for two weeks.

Then tell us if your pull-up feels different.

Save this for your next upper-body training day.

Pain doesn't just cost you pain.

It costs everything else.

Your energy.

Your patience.

Your focus.

Your presence.

Think about the typical healthcare experience.

You call because of pain.

Fill out forms about pain.

Answer questions about pain.

Come back and get asked about pain.

Again.

And again.

And again.

What are we doing to people mentally?

At Auxoma, we care about symptoms.

But we're even more interested in what came back.

Did you play with your kids?

Get through a workout?

Sleep through the night?

Feel like yourself again?

Because pain isn't the whole story.

And recovery shouldn't be measured by pain alone.

If your chiropractor's only plan is "come back twice a week forever"...

That's not a treatment plan.

That's a subscription with worse content than Netflix.

Now, let's be fair.

There are chiropractors who create an experience. Adjustment, massage, acupuncture, relaxation. That has real value and many people genuinely benefit from it.

That's not what we're talking about.

We're talking about the cycle of getting popped, feeling better for a moment, and being told to come back in a few days.

Then doing it again.

And again.

And again.

The question nobody asks is:

If all you're doing is getting adjusted...

How do you ever learn to not need the adjustment?

Our patients come to Auxoma because they're tired of managing the same problem on repeat.

They want to understand why it keeps happening.

They want a plan that helps them build capacity, confidence, and independence.

Because temporary relief feels good.

Understanding the reason you needed relief in the first place changes everything.

When was the last time your provider talked about you NOT needing them?

Pain isn’t the problem.
It’s the message.

Most people try to silence it.
We try to understand it.

Because pain is your body’s way of pointing to something that isn’t working the way it should. Ignore it, and it keeps coming back. Decode it, and you can actually change it.

So the question is—
are you listening… or just trying to turn it off?

2015, I’m in a PT clinic watching the same cycle on repeat.

Treat the pain. Send them out. Hope it holds.

Some people got better.
A lot didn’t.
And no one could clearly explain why.

That was the moment.

If we don’t understand the problem,
we’re just guessing—with better tools.

So I built Auxoma around a different belief:

Your body isn’t random.
Pain isn’t the problem.
And you shouldn’t need someone forever to feel normal.

The goal isn’t dependence.
It’s understanding.

So you can fix what’s actually driving it—
and get back to doing what you want, without thinking about it.

That’s the mission.

Hot take: “just getting old” is the easiest story to tell yourself.

Age changes things—no argument.
But what we see every day isn’t age… it’s movement that’s been lost, avoided, or never rebuilt.

Joints that don’t move well.
Strength that isn’t there when it’s needed.
Patterns that have been compensating for years.

That’s not a birthday problem.
That’s a capacity problem.

And capacity can be trained.

Age isn’t your ceiling — it’s your excuse.

If that hits, good.
Because it means there’s something you can actually do about it.

Myth: just rest it.

Reality: most things don’t get better from doing nothing—they get weaker.

Your body adapts to what you ask of it.
If you stop using something, it doesn’t heal stronger… it loses capacity.

The goal isn’t rest forever.
It’s the right amount of stress, in the right places, at the right time.

Think of it like a dimmer switch—not on or off.

Too much too fast? It flares up.
Too little for too long? It never improves.

Progressive loading is how you rebuild trust in your body—
so it can actually handle real life again.

05/26/2026

You’ll see it in the video—
what hurts… isn’t what gets worked on.

That’s not random.

Most people assume the problem lives where they feel it.
So that’s where treatment stays.

But your body doesn’t work like that.

If something isn’t doing its job, something else picks up the slack.
And over time, that “helper” is what starts talking.

So we don’t chase the noise.
We figure out what’s creating it.

That’s why the plan actually makes sense—
and why it holds.

Myth: “It’s just age. You just live with it.”

No.

What we actually see in people in their 50s and 60s:
limited joint motion that was never addressed,
strength gaps in key positions,
compensations that built up over years.

None of that is “age.”
It’s a set of problems that can be measured—and improved.

When you restore motion where it’s missing
and build control where it’s weak,
things change.

Movement gets cleaner.
Capacity goes up.
Confidence follows.

This isn’t about turning back the clock.
It’s about finally addressing what’s been there the whole time.

If you’ve been told to just live with it—
come find out what’s actually going on.
