If you are looking for a way to help your community, look no further! Assist with moving items in a well air conditioned space, or if you are an outdoorsy type they have some yard work assistance needed as well.

We’re so grateful for everyone who’s stepped up to help! If you have the time and want to volunteer, please let us know! There’s always plenty to do, inside and out.

Affirmative Care Essentials - ACE Foundation’s clothing closet and food pantry have outgrown their shared space and are moving into a new suite in our same building. We need help with moving and reorganizing the clothing. We could also use help with spraying weeds (we have all the supplies).

Today, we celebrate our non-binary and gender non-conforming community at the start of International Non-binary People’s Awareness Week!

What does it mean to be non-binary?

💛 Non-binary is an identity embraced by some people who do not identify exclusively as a man or a woman.

🤍 Non-binary people may identify as being both a man and a woman, somewhere in between or as falling completely outside of these categories.

💜 While many also identify as transgender, not all non-binary people do.

🖤 Non-binary can also be used as an umbrella term encompassing identities such as agender, bigender, genderqueer or gender fluid.

Most people say they want a secure relationship, but they're not willing to accept the behaviors that actually create one. They want constant reassurance but reject boundaries. They want honesty but can't handle feedback.

Healthy partners don't perform security. They live it through their choices, even when it's uncomfortable. That's what separates codependence from real connection.

As we say "peace out" to Pride Month, I am so excited to announce Wildflower & Stone Therapy is moving!! As of August 1st, I am moving to an office space shared with other businesses who prioritize LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. The past 2 years have really shown me how important it is to surround myself with those who share these values and building/maintaining community. Pride is an every day experience for those of us committed to a future where we do not have to prove the right to exist.

This step in my career is one of three major changes happening in my life in August; I will also see my daughter start Kindergarten and marry my partner in beautiful Colorado. Peace out to this chapter of my life, because I truly am beginning a new one that feels thrilling.
