As we wrap up , we’re celebrating two more incredible nurses whose compassion, dedication, and commitment continue to leave a lasting impact on the patients and families they serve.💙
Ashtin A, RN and Emily O, RN are both dedicated Home Health Case Managers who truly embody the mission of Infinity Home Health and Hospice: Changing Lives, One Patient at a Time.
This year marks a special milestone for both nurses, as they each celebrate 5 years with our company — Emily this month in May and Ashtin later this year in October. 🥳
Over the years, they have built meaningful relationships not only with their patients, but also with families, referral sources, and community partners throughout Wichita and the surrounding communities.
Their patients genuinely look forward to their visits, and our community partners deeply appreciate the compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and extra mile both nurses consistently bring to every patient they serve. Their passion for home health care is evident in every interaction and in the lasting relationships they continue to build throughout the community.
