Hospice care doesn’t end when a life does.

For the families left behind, grief becomes a journey of its own — one filled with memories, questions, difficult days, and moments where simply being around people who understand can mean everything.

At Infinity Home Health and Hospice, bereavement care is about creating space for that journey.

A space where families can come together with the people who cared for their loved ones during their final days. Where stories can be shared. Where names can be spoken. Where memories can be revisited. And where the people we’ve lost can continue to be remembered through the lives they touched.

National Preparedness Month is a reminder for patients, caregivers, and families to have a plan before the unexpected happens.

Power outages, severe weather, or even a boil water advisory can disrupt everyday routines—especially when someone is receiving care at home. Keep essentials such as flashlights, batteries, water, non-perishable food, first aid supplies, medications, and important contact information somewhere easy to access.

We take our work seriously… about 99% of the time. 😅

But before getting into the serious stuff at our IDG meeting, we had to make a little time for donuts, laughs, and catching up with each other first.

There’s a lot that goes into caring for our patients and families, and our meetings give us the chance to come together, collaborate, problem-solve, and make sure everyone is on the same page. But we also genuinely enjoy being around each other — and these pictures might be proof that the other 1% is pretty fun. 🥳🍩
