The locally owned group that started Physical Therapy By Phoenix wanted an uplifting outpatient culture in which our experienced physical therapists provide one-on-one treatment in an engaging environment. Our patients receive hands-on manual therapy and exercise with tremendous improvement! Does your shoulder bother you when you reach overhead?

Maybe it pinches when you reach into a cabinet, feels tight when you get dressed, or makes you think twice before lifting something above your head.

Those little changes in how you move can be easy to ignore, but they can also tell you a lot about what your shoulder is tolerating.

These three exercises are a good place to work on shoulder mobility and strength. If the discomfort keeps hanging around or you find yourself constantly working around it, a physical therapist can help figure out what may be contributing.

Our PT by Phoenix team showed up and showed out! 💙 From the 5K to the half marathon and full marathon, our therapists hit the pavement and put in the miles! We’re so proud of our team for challenging themselves, staying active, and representing PT by Phoenix in our community. 👏🏅

A little fall fun with the Phoenix crew! 🍂🧡

Last Saturday, our teams got together for our Phoenix Fall Fest, an afternoon of good food, yard games, volleyball, co****le, and plenty of time to just hang out outside of the clinic.

It was a great chance to spend time together, and get to know each other’s families better.

We’re incredibly grateful for the people who make up Phoenix and loved having an afternoon to celebrate them and their families. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a fun day! 🙌
