Winter is the best time to get through the downtime with this treatment. Also plenty of time to get multiple sessions in. These results are permanent just like surgical liposuction. This result was after 4 treatments (cost $3200).

This patient specifically has melasma, which means a proper skincare regimen is essential (physical tinted spf, vitamin c, retinol, tranexamic/kojic acid/niacinamide). This is not only to support/prepare for treatment, but also to maintain and further improve results. Your results are dependent on your home care in addition to my treatment.

**pyriform and prejowl also treated. Filler always always looks best when we treat multiple areas. Doesn’t take a ton of volume when you use the right technique in the correct area and tissue plane. Lips & pyriform with evolysse smooth. Chin & prejowl sulcus with straight radiesse via cannula.

Finding an honest injector should be the bare minimum but there are definitely too many that will just take your money without giving your long-term result a second thought.
