I had my first Talk & Flow class yesterday and it was nothing short of amazing! I was able to release things that I had no idea I was still holding on too! The vibe was amazing and the flow was beyond relaxing! Thank you beautiful Mama, for your transparency and willingness to embrace the moment with me! I can’t wait to work with you and many others as we continue on this journey!
