I am subbing on Tuesday June 16 at 5:30 at the North Y for a Beginner Yoga class. I love it when I get to see some of my regular students in new places!

This week is my new routine. Things are quieter at the WSU Y during the summer, so it's a great opportunity to check it out if you haven't. It is part of the greater Wichita Y, so it's part of any Y membership.

Regular schedule this week. It's the last week of the session for Linwood, so it's time to sign up for the new session, which begins the first Wednesday of June. You can do that in person or at Linwood.

Monday, there's a special all levels class at 11 at the WSU Y. That's Memorial Day!

Wednesday, Linwood is on break. The following week will be the first day of the new session. Time to sign up now.

Wednesday and Friday classes through the Y are regular days.

I've been getting some fun new ideas for a restorative class, so maybe I'll figure out a way to work one in my schedule in the next few months. Come join me soon!
