Therapy animals aren't just companions; they're also trained and intelligent assistants, capable of helping with a wide array of tasks. Whether furry, hooved, or feathered, we love all the animals who share this field with us. 🫶

Make sure to give the next therapy pet you see a good scruff for all their hard work — with the owner's permission, of course! 🐶

Therapy isn't just for adults. Children can benefit greatly when they start meeting with therapists from a young age. Through games and age-appropriate conversation, children learn emotional regulation and intelligence. 😁

Holli, our newest therapist, specializes in working with children. Contact her today to start your child's therapy journey!

Gender identity is a complex and sometimes confusing aspect of ourselves. When your gender identity doesn't match your biological s*x, it can be distressing. Whether you are just beginning to explore your gender identity or are in the process of transitioning, our gender-affirming therapists are here to support you in your journey. Contact us today to get started! 💙

Tidying up can be hard — especially when mental illness can make it feel like an impossible task. On this Get Organized Day, here are some tips to make the process a little easier:

💙 Block off a set amount of time to clean. Whether it's ten minutes or an hour, once that timer goes off, you're done for the day!
💙 Enlist the help of family or friends. Having a support group can make a chore feel more like a hangout session.
💙 Start small. Whether it's one section of a room or a certain task, focusing on the small picture can be less overwhelming.
💙 Set realistic expectations. Your living space doesn't need to be spotless; a bit of clutter is perfectly fine!

A clean living space can reduce stress, lift your mood, and help you feel in control of your environment. Let us know what tricks you use when organizing! 🧹
