Instead, I look for root causes.

Because when we improve function, we often see changes that go far beyond the mouth:
✨ Better sleep
✨ Better breathing
✨ Better focus
✨ Less clenching and grinding
✨ Healthier facial development

Maybe I'm breaking the rules...

Or maybe we're just finally asking better questions.

Which of these surprises you most? 👇

Snoring in children is not normal — even though it's common. 🔬 The fact that many children snore doesn't mean it's something to accept. It means many children have an airway health issue that hasn't been identified or addressed.

Research has shown that myofunctional therapy can significantly reduce snoring and symptoms of mild to moderate sleep apnea — without surgery, without devices, and without medication. It works by strengthening and retraining the muscles that keep the airway open during sleep.

Drop a 🙋 in the comments if you were told your child's snoring was just "how they are."

If your child has been told they have ADHD-like symptoms — difficulty focusing, hyperactivity, hard time sitting still — it's worth asking about their sleep and breathing. 🔬

Research shows that poor airway health and sleep-disordered breathing can mimic ADHD symptoms almost exactly.

When children aren't getting truly restful sleep, their brains and bodies don't have what they need to regulate attention and behavior during the day. Improving airway function can make a meaningful difference.
