📚✏️ Back-to-school season is here!

If your child needs a school health assessment, sports physical form, medication authorization form, or immunization record, please submit your request as early as possible.

This is our busiest time of year for paperwork, and we ask that families allow 48–72 business hours for forms to be completed.

Planning ahead helps ensure everything is ready before the first day of school. Thank you for your patience and for helping us serve all of our families efficiently! 💙

As you celebrate, remember that fireworks can be exciting but also dangerous for little ones. A few safety reminders:
🎆 Always have an adult closely supervise children around fireworks
🎆 Keep kids a safe distance away from fireworks and never allow them to light or hold them
🎆 Remember that sparklers can burn at extremely high temperatures
🎆 Protect little ears with hearing protection during loud celebrations
