So many people ask me what Trigger Point Therapy actually is in the massage world so I wanted to provide a detailed explanation!

Trigger point therapy is one of my favorite modalities to use. It’s hand in hand with deep tissue but slower & more intentional. Great for people struggling with lack of ROM, radiating pain, migraines, tension headaches, etc.

It may feel intense at times, but the relief afterward is so worth it ✨

Feeling so grateful today 💙

I’m spending part of this week offering chair massages for Nurse Appreciation Week at Interim Healthcare today and again this Friday. It truly means so much to be able to give back, even in a small way, to the nurses who pour so much into our community every single day.

You can feel the energy when you’re around people who serve with heart… and it’s an honor to create a moment of rest, relief, and care for them.

If you or your workplace are ever looking to bring something like this to your team, I do offer chair massage for wellness events with a 2-hour minimum booking. It’s such a beautiful way to support your staff and show appreciation in a meaningful, tangible way.
