This month we're excited to introduce Robben, whose compassion, resilience, and dedication make a difference in the lives of our residents every day! 💙
🩺 Why Healthcare?
Healthcare has always been part of Robben's life. Growing up around hospitals inspired him to pursue a career where he could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
🎙️ Robben Says...
"Helping someone regain a skill, become more independent, or even simply helping them eat gives me a sense of purpose. Knowing I'm making a difference is what makes this work so fulfilling."
🏡 Why Sandpiper?
For Robben, it's simple—people make the difference. He says the supportive leadership, teamwork, and commitment to quality care are what continue to bring him back.

"Brand new buildings don't make a great workplace—people do. I leave each day knowing our residents are cared for by people who truly care about them. A good team starts at the top. Tiffany (DON) and Danielle (Administrator) would never ask me to do something they wouldn't do themselves, and they genuinely care—not just for the residents, but for us as staff too."
🌿 Outside of Work
When he's not at Sandpiper, you'll usually find Robben relaxing at home, working in his flower beds, and discovering a new passion for gardening. 🌼
🏆 Personal Achievement
During his time at Sandpiper, Robben earned his CMA certification, purchased his first home, and achieved personal goals he once thought were impossible. We couldn't be more proud of how far he's come! 👏🏡
🎓 What's Next?
Robben isn't done growing! His next goal is to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) so he can continue expanding his knowledge and caring for others. We can't wait to cheer him on as he takes the next step in his healthcare journey! 💙🎉
