Mental Health Monday™
You never know who your journey is preparing you to meet.
The other day, I took what I thought was simply a business call. During our conversation, I learned that the person on the other end knew my cousin, Arthur Gary—the very person whose life and legacy inspired The A.R.T. Project.
It was an unexpected reminder that some connections aren't coincidence.
Sometimes life places people in our path to remind us why we started, to encourage us to keep going, or to confirm that we're walking in the purpose God has placed on our lives.
Purpose doesn't always reveal itself through grand moments. Sometimes it shows up in an ordinary conversation that becomes an extraordinary reminder.
As we recognize Mental Health Monday, remember that healing, hope, and purpose are often found through the connections we make with one another. Never underestimate the impact of your story—or the possibility that your path may be encouraging someone else's.
💬 Reflection Question:
Have you ever experienced a connection that reminded you you were exactly where you were meant to be?
Purpose has a way of connecting the right people at the right time. Keep walking—you never know who is waiting on the other side of your next step."💚
