Itโ€™s almost time to gobble up some creativity! Weโ€™re bringing back our Turkey Coloring Contest, and we canโ€™t wait to see all the fun, festive, and creative turkeys our community comes up with!

Any kiddos (ages 2-13) who would like to join can grab a coloring page during their next visit to Full Circle Chiropractic! Participating classrooms have already received their pages, too!

Throughout the month of November, everyone who comes into the office will get 3 votes EVERY DAY to help your favorite turkeys rise to the top!

๐Ÿ“… Participating classrooms have until October 28th to finish their masterpieces, when weโ€™ll be picking them up. Individual kiddos will have until October 28th to turn them in at the office. So thereโ€™s plenty of time to get coloring!

A new month means a fresh opportunity to focus on the little things that help us feel our best โ€” getting enough rest, moving our bodies, drinking some water, spending time with the people we love, and making time to slow down.

๐ŸŒฟ Wellness Wins Wednesday ๐ŸŒฟ

Meet Mulan! ๐Ÿพ Mulan is a dock diving dog who competes in events including Distance Jump, Air Retrieve, and Hydro Dash.

For those unfamiliar with dock diving:
* Distance Jump: How far a dog can jump from the dock into the water
* Air Retrieve: How high a dog can grab a bumper suspended over the water
* Hydro Dash: How quickly a dog can retrieve a toy from 37 feet away

When Mulan first started care at Full Circle Animal Chiropractic, she was competing in the Novice Division for both Distance Jump and Air Retrieve, jumping 9 feet and making grabs at 7 feet.

Since beginning care, she has made some incredible progress!

๐Ÿ† Distance Jump: Advanced TWO divisions to Senior, jumping 17 feet!
๐Ÿ† Air Retrieve: Advanced ONE division to Junior, making grabs at 13 feet!

That means Mulan has nearly doubled her distance jump, added 6 feet to her Air Retrieve height, and qualified her for nationals!

Animal chiropractic care is one piece of supporting an animalโ€™s overall wellness and can help support mobility, comfort, and optimal movementโ€”whether theyโ€™re a competitive athlete like Mulan, a working animal, or simply enjoying everyday life.

Weโ€™re so proud of her progress and are wishing Mulan the best of luck at Nationals this October! ๐Ÿพ

Healthy routines donโ€™t have to happen all at once. Sometimes, the best way to make lasting changes is to focus on one small habit at a time.

So, weโ€™re starting simple with our first Routine Revival Challenge: DRINK MORE WATER! ๐Ÿ’ฆ

For the next week, challenge yourself to:
๐Ÿ’ง Carry a water bottle with you
๐Ÿ’ง Swap one sugary drink for water
๐Ÿ’ง Add an extra glass of water to your day
๐Ÿ’ง Set a reminder if you need a little help remembering

After 4 years of pain, this patient is finally experiencing something she wasnโ€™t sure sheโ€™d get back โ€” the ability to turn her head!
