Jen has special interest in orthopedic rehab, sports performance, and the mind-body connection. In addition to work as a Physical Therapy Assistant she enjoys being with her family, hiking in CO and NM, yoga and Pilates, and playing with her dog, Mosby.

🎉 Please join us in welcoming Daniel, Physical Therapy Assistant to the Kansas Orthopaedic Center Therapy Department.
As a former kindergarten teacher and sideline strength coach, Daniel has a special interest in pediatrics, functional performance, and longevity.
In addition to his work as a physical therapist assistant, he enjoys barbell strength training, hunting, venturing into deep conversations with friends, and devoting time to his wife, Lydia, their 9 month old son, Milo, and dog, Cosmo.

🎮 Turn Screen Time into Strong Time! 💪

Looking for a simple way to get your kids moving before they jump into video games?

❗️Dr. Jex, M.D. our Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon, has a challenge for you❗️

Earn your play time:
⏱️ Plank for as many seconds as the number of minutes of video game time you want.

Examples:
✅ 30-second plank = 30 minutes of gaming
✅ 60-second plank = 60 minutes of gaming

It’s a fun way to build core strength, improve posture, and encourage healthy habits—without taking away the fun.

Remember, there doesn’t have to be a perfect time to start. Even 1 minute a day is a great first step!
