We are both excited and a little sad to say that Nicole Orr has found a new path and is teaming up with her Somatic Breathwork coach to launch a brand-new chapter in a different city! While we wish her ease and grace on her new path, we certainly know the transformational talent she possesses and goodbyes, event the emphatic happy ones, are never easy!

Sher and Hope are traveling towards a brand-new chapter for Hope too! She is embracing a seasonal job in Idaho and serving the community there for a time before her return in November.

We will be bringing back breathwork with Sher Sundays at 10 am starting August 2nd. We look forward to doing this transformational practice with you.

Our Hot Springs retreat is entering its last day tomorrow! It is amazing to teach alongside Synthanee Humbert founder of Inner Oasis! Also, we visited a well known animal rescue today!

Getting closer to inching towards Trinity Hot Springs! Don’t worry! We have plenty of classes still going on at the studio! The teachers have been brainstorming some really cool collabs! Make sure to check out our schedule!!

Sher and Hope are heading to Joyful Journey Hot Springs for our annual yoga retreat with ReKinection. We stopped at a volcano and fell in…….love with the stunning views.

We wish everyone was able to come with us and hope that you will start saving up for next year! We will post updates here and send some turtle pics!

Even though you may not be joining us, we have a load of offerings still taking place in the studio! Active, restorative, and vibe checked sound healing, pottery, MELT and classes are still offered to you.

With a little help from our partners TBY’s torch of embracing spirit and claiming peace is being carried. So please join some classes support our partners and our little friendly yoga studio!
