Here’s a smile for you: During our Thursday wellness day for Explore ICT warm up, we were stretching and relaxing our minds before our workout at the YMCA. Our leader said “relax and rest for a moment.” One of the participants yelled out, “rest in peace!” Well…Yes, but no!😂
