The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) student chapter at WSU provides a support system for women engineering students at WSU. SWE is a national organization that encourages diversity, empowers and supports women in the pursuit of a degree or career in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. At WSU, SWE provides opportunities for leadership, mentoring, outreach, volunteering
and more. We strive to stay involved with the College of Engineering (CoE) and have a history of partnering with other organizations to host events for all CoE students, faculty and staff. We continue to grow closer to our Wichita Professional Section of SWE, and are encouraged to participate in their activities.
