Wellness Wednesday: Let’s learn about ✨SUBLUXATION!✨

When Dr. Devin checks your spine, she is not just looking for where you feel tight or sore. She is looking for areas where your body may be holding stress, losing motion, or struggling to communicate clearly.

At The LightHouse, we talk a lot about the nervous system because it is the communication system between your brain and body.

When life happens — stress, tension, posture, screens, pregnancy, birth, injuries, busy schedules, or simply everyday wear and tear — your body can start carrying that stress in ways you may not even realize.

In chiropractic, we call that a SUBLUXATION.

A subluxation is not just “a bone out of place.” It’s an area of less motion, less ease, less clear communication, and less LIGHT flowing through the body the way it was created to.

But that does not mean your body is broken. It means your body is asking for support. 💛

That is where the adjustment comes in.

A specific adjustment helps restore motion, reduce interference, and support clearer communication between your brain and body.
