Welcome. Whether you found me on your own or someone sent you this, I know you care about your family. That’s why you’re here.

I’m Dr. Larry Mitnaul, a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist and the author of The Screen Reset Playbook.

But the title I’m proudest of isn’t on a diploma. I’m a dad of seven. I’ve heard every version of “one more episode.” Head knowledge gets you started. Lived experience keeps you honest, and I’ve seen firsthand how technology has changed our kids, in the clinic and in my own home. So I’m in the fight with you.

My job is to take the science of mental health and digital wellness and make it easy to digest and act on. Because the home runs better when the adults decide ahead of time, not in the middle of the fight.

I’m not here to make you feel behind. I’m here to help you reclaim childhood for your family, one clear decision at a time.

Tonight, I had the privilege of visiting Brooks Magnet Middle School for Panthers Partner Night.

We connected with more than 100 families, shared information about The Screen Reset Playbook, and shared mental health resources with residents.

Community engagement means meeting people where they are and making sure families know the support available to them.
