Something that's been present in my practice lately is the thought that a session or two will make a big difference in how the body is feeling and moving through life.
I wish I could say "I have that magical wand for you."
The honest truth and reality is, is that healing takes time and personal commitment.
When clients put in the work of showing up consistently and staying aware of their body during and between sessions their process and healing is felt and shown.
I offer sessions that are myofascial release based and include craniosacral therapy. These modalities are safe, profoundly effective and have the ability to enhance your body's natural healing process.
