Something that's been present in my practice lately is the thought that a session or two will make a big difference in how the body is feeling and moving through life.

I wish I could say "I have that magical wand for you."

The honest truth and reality is, is that healing takes time and personal commitment.

When clients put in the work of showing up consistently and staying aware of their body during and between sessions their process and healing is felt and shown.

I offer sessions that are myofascial release based and include craniosacral therapy. These modalities are safe, profoundly effective and have the ability to enhance your body's natural healing process.

It is wild!

So many parents I know have children that have just graduated.

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have a child(ren) as I do deeply enjoy being around and engaging with them.

Do I feel old? Have I missed out on something?

I am feeling older! And sometimes I do wonder what it would be like to parent a child!!!

Today...I am here and I simply have a dog and partner.

It is wild!

My heart beats in excited for what is next for all of these youth.

We all sense differently! I deeply enjoy checking in during sessions to find out what clients are experiencing.

A huge part of my bodywork sessions is connecting to yourself and creating a deeper relationship with your body.

When we work together it's important for me to know how you are feeling.

At the beginning of each session there is always a check in, so I understand exactly how you are feeling.

Often clients will express how they've felt between sessions. What has changed. What is still staying stubborn. What they'd like to work on.

And sometimes clients don't know what they want to work on, which is perfectly okay, they just know they need to keep showing up for themselves.

At the end of your first session I ask if it's okay to send you a text check in. I give you two full days to notice how you feel.

I've never been told no!

To be honest not everyone replies! And some of these clients that don't reply show up for another session. That's when we check in!

It is important for me to keep communication open, so at any point when working with me you feel comfortable reaching out with any concerns or questions.

Many people don't know I offer intra-oral work.

When clients speak of receiving this type of work I tell them that I am trained in these techniques. I'm then often met with a "ooh I didn't know that!"

Or, I may simply offer this specific type of work if I hear or feel it could help you with what you are experiencing.

I'm working on letting everyone know now ☺️ that if you're interested or wanting to receive intra-oral work to relieve your discomfort or explore this area in your body I do have the skillset!!!

I've got your back...or...mouth! 🤭

*Please know if you say yes and when it comes time for the work you can change your mind. I completely understand we are all comfortable in different ways and there is so much work to be done outside the mouth and body related to your jaw! We can always revisit this at your next session.
