Deb is one of our OR nurses and has worked alongside Dr. Conrad for 15 years. She is extremely experienced and has worked as an EMS provider and BLS/ACLS instructor. If you’ve had surgery with us, you might recognize her for her quick wit and extensive knowledge of pre and post op care. She is fun, creative, loyal, and gives patients her all! October is breast cancer awareness month - a time to raise awareness, show our support and standing with everyone whose life has been impacted by breast
cancer.

At Wichita Plastic Surgery, we have the opportunity to walk alongside patients during their breast cancer journey. Their strength and determination is inspiring and we are honored to be able to help them during their recovery.

Early detection is critical and when breast cancer is found early, the 5-year survival rate is nearly 99%.
For this reason, we recommend

🩷 Doing a self-exam every month
🩷 Talking to your provider if anything feels off
🩷 Staying up to date on mammograms
🩷 Knowing your risk factors
