You can see it all in the face expressions and energy. This is bigger than baseball. These boys are building confidence, leadership, accountability, teamwork, communication, and mental toughness every single day on that diamond. 🧠⚾️

Wednesday work at Next Level Athletes 💪🏽

Great mental toughness, discipline, and accountability being taught every day. After 2 hours of physical and mental training, these young athletes still walking out with big smiles. That’s what it’s all about.

K/1st Grade Next Level Athletes Softball 🥎 jumped into the coach pitch league and came out on top today with an 8-1 victory 💪🏽

Great job ladies and coaches on the hard work and growth each week. The strides this group continues to make are amazing to watch. So much leadership, teamwork, confidence, and social engagement being built through the game. Love seeing these young athletes compete, encourage each other, and have fun while getting 1% better each day. Future is bright for this squad 💜🖤

🏆 Congratulations Next Level Athletes on a great performance at the Barb Hunt Memorial Track Meet! Bringing home the Overall 1st Place team showing is a huge accomplishment and a true reflection of the hard work these athletes and coaches put in every day. 🖤💜

From sprint champions, relay wins, field event placers, and strong finishes across every age group, NLA athletes showed up and competed with heart, toughness, and class. Watching these boys and girls leave it all on the track was special.

This program is bigger than medals and trophies. We are building real life skills through sports every single day:

Congratulations Cordale Johnson on a great achievement. Proud moment watching your growth and development while being a part of the Grizzlies/Next Level Athletes Organization since 1st grade. You were part of the foundation and expansion of one of the biggest organizations in Kansas.

This is what the mission has always been about — creating opportunities, building leaders, and helping athletes reach the next level on and off the field. Proud coach moment for sure 💪🏽🖤💜

Lady Next Level Athletes K/1st Grade had a great spring season🏀 competing up in the Advanced 3rd Grade division and bringing home 2nd place overall. Huge accomplishment for this young group💪🏽

More than wins and trophies, we built confidence, leadership, and social engagement throughout the season. This is a fearless group with a very bright future ahead. The mindset stays the same: 1% better each day📈

Girls 2nd/3rd Grade Next Level Athletes had a great spring session, falling just short to a 4th grade team in the championship while bringing home a big 2nd place finish🏀🥈

It’s a beautiful feeling playing in the championship 🏀 with both your organizations going toe to toe, seeing the competitive nature and talent on the floor, then watching everybody come together at the end like family. Seeing so much growth on and off the court with these young men has been special 💪🏽📈

Competition, brotherhood, leadership, and development all in one. That’s what it’s about. Proud of every athlete that stepped on that floor. The future is bright.

Big thanks to Dodge Literacy Magnet for having Next Level Athletes in the building for the end-of-year carnival! We had an amazing time and truly appreciate the opportunity to continue building a strong partnership with such a great staff. They share the same mission we do — doing whatever it takes to help and uplift the youth.
