Rustic Ranch FIRST Values Recognition – Margarita & Sylvia!
We are excited to recognize two wonderful team members who continue to demonstrate our FIRST Values: Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, and Trust!
💜 Margarita – RESPECT & FUN
Margarita shows incredible RESPECT and care for our residents every day. Although she works in our Memory Care housekeeping department, she never hesitates to step outside of her regular duties to lend a hand. Recently, she jumped right in to play games and spend some quality FUN time with our residents. Her willingness to help wherever needed and the genuine kindness she shows our residents truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Margarita, for making our residents feel valued, cared for, and loved!
💜 Sylvia – FUN & SERVICE
Sylvia brings FUN wherever she goes! Whether she’s cooking, serving, or jumping in to help another department, her sense of humor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic brighten the day for both our residents and team members. She continually demonstrates SERVICE by looking for ways to help, even coordinating with her servers to get activity pages cut and prepared when an extra hand is needed. Thank you, Sylvia, for always stepping up and bringing smiles along the way!
