We are excited to welcome Mikell Palmer, Family Nurse Practitioner, to the Wiggins Primary Care team!

A Wiggins native and Stone High School graduate, Mikell is excited to return to her roots and care for the community she has always called home!

Mikell earned her nursing degree from William Carey University and continued her education at the University of South Alabama. With a strong background in nursing and critical care, she brings valuable clinical experience and a passion for providing quality, compassionate care. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and caring for individuals and families through every stage of life.

Outside of work, Mikell enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young boys.

🚨Update for Clinic Hours for Friday due to the inclement weather.

The Clinic will be open to see regular patients today from 8:00-12:00.

From 1:00-3:00 Dr. Bobby Burn will be available for walk-in clinic only” with a limited staff for those that cannot wait until Monday. We will resume regular hours Monday, October 12th.
