Classes are for all levels so whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi, taking your practice to the beach is amazing! Charla teaches with an emphasis on the healing power of yoga. Classes for 2023 will begin May 27, Saturday and go through September 6th. Every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Friday at 9:00 AM. noring the Full Moon and Summer Solstice! Look out for special events throughout the summer to further your healing journey. Come with an open mind, open heart and open to have fun! Taking your practice to the beach is more like what the original yogis intended more than 5,000 years ago. Practicing on an uneven surface like sand builds the secondary muscles in your feet, hips, knees, and shoulder joints. Bring a large beach towel, sunscreen, water and $7.00.

Glorious mornings on the beach! Yoga daily at 9:00 AM on Burk Ave through Labor Day. Then a modified schedule through Sept 27th! It’s a great way to start your day, feet in the sand, listening to and watching the waves, sometimes we are graced with dolphin dancing in the ocean! Whether you are an experienced yogi or never tried it before, this is an incredible experience to add to your day! All ages and levels are welcome! I am so grateful to be able to teach yoga on the beach! It’s the most amazing studio, even when conditions aren’t perfect! Some days it’s hot yoga or windy yoga or wet yoga or even chilly yoga but some are simple perfect! Some days we get to see dolphin playing in the ocean and hear the birds busy flying overhead! But it’s really the community we have, whether you are a regular or just drop in once or once a year, it’s my privilege to host you and share with you my many trainings in yoga, qi gong, energy healing, sound healing and more! I love learning and each layer of knowledge adds to what I share with you! So thank you for being a part of my classes and joining our community! So many friends have been made through the classes and those friends continue to grow each year! And I’m very grateful for Helene and Stella for teaching with me so we can offer daily classes! 🙏😎🧘‍♀️

I have taught yoga for 15 years now and yet again I heard the statement, “I’d love to come to yoga but I’m not flexible enough.” I tell them that’s why you come to yoga! Now here’s what happens. You come to yoga anyway and start to believe in the possibility of being flexible “enough” and with a dedicated practice and repetition you become flexible physically and mentally. You feel so good, you wouldn’t dream of not doing yoga whenever you can. You know in a deep and profound way that it just makes sense. And as a teacher, it’s a beautiful thing to watch students grow and become what they claimed they weren’t! And it just simply feels good to stretch both body and mind! And if you are really into another sport or activity, yoga will help you to do that better! 😊

Mother Nature gave us rain this morning, as we practiced Infinite Love and Gratitude! Today, we get her wind! She is cleaning the Earth, transmuting energy! Come for the beach clean up at 6:00 and stay for the Full Moon Sound Healing at 7:30 this evening! Community service boosts our mood by joining with a community for a cause. Seeing the trash firsthand encourages us to use less plastic and live in a more eco-friendly way. It’s a purposeful walk on the beach, helping us to connect to the Earth. Full Moon Yin Yoga + Sound Healing
Wednesday, July 29th at 7:30 PM - this celebration of the moon begins with gentle stretches, preparing your body to fully relax. A guided meditation and sound immersion complete our session as we set an intention for manifesting and then releasing over the next two weeks. The evening beach may be cool so dress in layers and bring a blanket or extra towel to wrap up in! Beach chairs are also welcome so you can recline and relax! All ages welcome! $16 or bring friends for a discount! Cash or Venmo are welcome when you just show up or sign up online.
