Our crew braved the elements yesterday to attend the St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Wilkes-Barre. Afterwards, they returned home for pizza and cupcakes to celebrate our amazing Millie's 94th birthday! 🍀🇮🇪🎁🎉

Hey folks, we need your help ASAP! The Bureau of Human Services Licensing is denying our license application based on two site elements. The Director Ms. Theresa Hartman cited the safety and well-being of our residents as the reason. Yet, her staff mentioned "there is no other home in PA like that" and "if we approve your waiver request, we open the door to others." Bureaucracy at its finest, standing by archaic regulations from 2005 rather than considering a new and improved care model for our precious folks with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. I refuse to go down without a fight because I believe in what we are doing with all my heart. If you believe, please help me advocate for these folks who cannot advocate for themselves! Please sign our petition and share with everyone you know! Thanks in advance!
