🤖 WELL… THE AI OVERLORDS HAVE SPOKEN. 🤖

Apparently, somewhere deep inside Facebook headquarters, an all-knowing robot looked at the Windham Drug page and decided:

🚨 “THIS SMALL-TOWN PHARMACY IS CLEARLY A THREAT TO SOCIETY.” 🚨

So, after years of posting pharmacy hours, weather closings, vaccine information, community updates, and the occasional reminder that we have a drive-thru… Facebook has suspended our main page. 😂

We’ve appealed to our new artificial-intelligence overlords and are patiently awaiting judgment. We assume our case is currently being reviewed by a computer somewhere between Nigerian prince scams and the 37 fake accounts that sent you a friend request this morning. 🤖

Until the robots decide that Windham Drug is no longer a danger to the internet, we’ll be posting all of our updates right here on the Windham Drug North page.

So please FOLLOW & SHARE this page and help us get the word out!

As of this evening all of Rickett’s Pharmacy prescription records have been securely relocated to Windham Drug North, conveniently situated directly across the street next to Williamsburg Family Medicine. Contact us at (606) 549-4646 with any questions you might have.


Prescription files will be converted to our current system and after 11am on Monday December 1st, prescriptions may be picked up at any of the 3 Windham Drug locations.

We look forward to providing dedicated care and service to all former Rickett’s Pharmacy customers at our Windham Drug locations.

We appreciate James & Amy Rickett for their service to the community and the opportunity to continue to serve their patients.

Tomorrow, October 15th, our drive thru and front door will be inaccessible due to roof work. To get into the pharmacy you will need to enter though Williamsburg Family Medicine. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A few months ago we made the difficult decision to change pharmacy management systems. This was a massive change for us as we had used the same software since we opened. We chose a system that we had thought would last us for years to come. Unfortunately this was not the case. The system has potential, but we don't feel like we have the time to wait on. It's just not as complete as we had hoped it would be. Therefore we decided to just rip the bandaid off and get a new system. We will be transitioning to the new system at North and Jellico on April the 7th and at the main location on April 14th. To prepare for the switchover the new company has asked that we close on the Saturday prior to installation.

Windham Drug Jellico will be closed Saturday, April 5th
Windham Drug will be closed Saturday, April 12th
