Olde Towne Medical and Dental Center OTMDC was established in 1993 as a "safety net" clinic to provide care to those without health care

Medical & Dental Practice, Primary Care Integrated with Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Vision Care, Maternity Care, Chronic Disease Management and Education, Medication Access Program. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income, in compliance with NHSC.

📅 Holiday Closure Notice

Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as a time to reflect on freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equality for all.

Our offices will reopen during normal business hours on Monday June 22nd. If you need medical attention while we are closed, please seek care at your nearest urgent care center or emergency department for urgent medical needs.

We wish everyone a safe and meaningful Juneteenth as we honor this important day in our nation's history.
