It never ceases to amaze me…the power of lymphatic drainage techniques, combined with counterstrain and fascial remodeling! Ladies, if you have a “puff” instead of a “pit” please know this is NOT fat…it’s congested lymph! This is a single session result! 🤗🙌🏽

I never cease to be amazed at the power of fascia release to transform posture. This single session result on a client in her 80s just goes to show it’s never too late to stand straight again!

Really phenomenal Lymphatic drainage session yesterday! This one session result tells it all.. When you release the fascial adhesions in the hips and knees that are causing a barrier for fluid movement you can then easily push a ton of lymphatic fluid out of the legs. 🙌🏽

Hi ya'll! It has been a busy winter over here at FTC, but I wanted to "Facebook publish" my journal articles. The print versions appeared in the Life on the James magazine in October 2024 and January 2025. I am the expert health contributor for the magazine, and will be publishing four articles a year. So there is much more fabulous fascial health information to come! Until then, I hope you enjoy these first two!

Hey y'all!! Fascial Treatment Center will be closed for two weeks, from 10/9 through 10/22, for Bunny to take a bucket list trip to Spain!!! As I prepare for the journey and close up the clinic...several thoughts come to mind...in 12 years of being an OT working in Home Health Care, I never ONCE had a vacation that I didn't work the day before leaving, and in many cases the day after returning home. I would pack my tablet every trip to complete the many hours of documentation and pre-scheduling required. I worked every Black Friday, nearly every Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and all bankers holidays. Now, I am in FULL control of my schedule, and not only can I "take off" for two weeks, I am also having a four day weekend for Veterans Day, because why not?! PLEASE all of you talented medical specialists, YOU have a skill. Why should we let the big medical corporations earn millions off of our backs, while we are exhausted, burnt out, and in many cases not even allowed to take the PTO we have earned (holidays being a major one)! Take your skill and become a solo practitioner!!! If I can do it, so can you. We should NOT be living to work, we should be working so we can LIVE! See y'all in 2 weeks!!! Voy a Espana!!
