Using a sugar scrub will help exfoliate the skin and leave your skin feeling soft. To make your own sugar scrub, mix equal parts of sugar and olive oil (you can use coconut or avocado oil instead). There are many variations of foot scrubs online. You can add essential oils to make it smell good. When you use a sugar scrub, apply it to your foot and scrub but don’t rinse it right away. Let it stay on your feet for about 10 minutes, then rinse and dry your feet. Apply a good cream or foot balm and put on a pair of warm socks. This can help treat dry, cracked heals.
