What a beautiful morning it is. The drive was amazing! I’m grateful to be back at DanceSportVA in Va.Beach with wonderful dancers who will be competing. I’m always in awe watching, when I’m not too busy massaging. My table is set and ready to help pre-and post dance performances. Incorporating some of the Kindred Hearts Signature Massage techniques.

Today marks a meaningful anniversary for me.

On March 13, 2020, I received my massage therapy license in the mail— the very same day the COVID shutdowns began. What was supposed to be the start of my career suddenly paused before it even had the chance to begin.

During that time, I cared for my mother until she passed later that year. Before she passed, I promised her I would continue this path.

Today I’m grateful to be doing the work I felt called to do — helping people feel better in their bodies through therapeutic massage and lymphatic care.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Kindred Hearts Massage along the way. 💛

Beginner = Tuesdays 6pm
Plus = Thursdays 7:15pm

WHO: Leads & Follows, No Partner Required

WHAT:
This is designed as a drop in class, so you can join any night, or you can come for the whole series. Each week we will work through a combination of some of the following:
- elements of strength/flexibility
- drills & technique practices
- partnership skills
- solo movement to unlock
- opportunity for expression &
- musicality

Offered TWICE a week,
Tuesday’s class is beginner-friendly, no west coast swing experience required.
Thursday’s class is faster paced and more detailed, understanding a proficiency in west coast swing basics required.

$15 per week (Come Tuesday, Get Thursday that week FREE)
