Today, we had the honor of serving lunch to our amazing community partners at ABLE Families. 💜🐘

At WellSpring Pregnancy and Family Resource Center, we believe that strong communities are built through connection and partnership. Getting the opportunity to pour into the same people who work so faithfully to serve others every single day was such a blessing to us.

Not only was this a chance to share a meal, but it was also a meaningful time of conversation, laughter, encouragement, and connection. We are so thankful for the work ABLE Families does within our community and for the opportunity to continue building relationships that help strengthen and support the families we serve together.

It is truly a privilege to serve those who serve others so well. Thank you for welcoming us in and allowing us to spend time with your wonderful team today! ✨

We had THE BEST TIME at today’s Mental Health Awareness Lunch & Learn with Beth McKee, Life Seasons Support & Counseling Services.

We discussed “Finding Rest in the Restlessness of Life” and how to navigate, manage, and sort through our stresses.

Thank you to Williamson Parks and Recreation for letting us use the Community Center. And huge shout out to Mingo Family Support Center for sponsoring our event today! Starters Grill catered the event - and their spaghetti was soooo good!

Thanks to everyone who attended, participated, and spent their lunch with us!

“Finding Rest in the Restlessness of Life”

Finding Rest in the Restlessness of Life is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, worn down, and mentally pulled in a dozen directions. Beth McKee, MA, LPC, founder of Life Seasons Support & Counseling Services, explores what stress, the brain, and surrender teach us in seasons of overload, offering practical insight, real hope, and a path toward peace in the middle of everyday life.

Beth McKee, MA, LPC, is the founder of Life Seasons Support & Counseling Services, a faith-centered counseling practice integrating biblical truth with evidence-based mental health care. With more than 20 years of experience and graduate training through Marshall University, Beth equips individuals, couples, and families to move from survival mode to sustainable healing, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

As a public speaker and emotional wellness educator, Beth also partners with schools, churches, and community organizations to strengthen the people who care for others, helping educators, leaders, and helping professionals build trauma-responsive, brain-based practices that support connection, regulation, and lasting change. She bridges Scripture and neuroscience to show how God designed the mind and body for restoration and transformation, offering practical tools that translate into real life.

Beth lives in West Virginia with her husband and their blended family of 7. She loves the outdoors, animals, and all things Jesus.

Motherhood isn’t measured by how productive, patient, or put together you feel every day.

Some days are beautiful. Some days are overwhelming.
And in both, your love still matters deeply. 🤍🙏🏻
