Please bring your insurance card to every visit. This goes in effect on Monday if you do not have your insurance card you will have to be rescheduled. Lab corp is now billing me for labs when people do not give the correct insurance information.

Please do not message employees on their private phone/personal media accounts. I have a Tug valley wellness media account set up that is secure. I also have an answering service that is getting ready to start picking up calls when we miss something that way we can better take care of your needs.

Donations are being accepted to help provide school clothes for a family in need. If you are able to donate, please message me with the sizes of the children. As school is soon to resume, any donations will greatly assist this family. Can also drop off things to Panthermart. Cash and Cash App also can be accepted.
