Pines Patio Picnic… say that three times fast! 😄☀️
We took advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoyed a good old-fashioned picnic with our residents and staff. Hamburgers, hot dogs, fresh corn, fruit, and lots of sunshine made for the perfect summer afternoon.
Nothing beats good food, great company, and a little time spent together outside. 🌽🍔💚

🌟 Sharpening Our Skills. Strengthening Our Mission. 🌟
This week, the Homewood Living Ministries Sales & Marketing team gathered at Homewood Living Spring House for our quarterly training and development event.
We spent the day expanding our knowledge through intensive education provided by our valued partner, Ledgerock Solutions Consulting. Beyond the learning, it was a wonderful opportunity for camaraderie, collaboration, connection, and plenty of laughter.

We are incredibly blessed to have such a talented team of professionals who are passionate about serving seniors and helping them discover the benefits of life at Homewood Living.
A special thank you to Roni Fogelman and the Ledgerock team for delivering an outstanding day of education, insight, and inspiration.

Together, we continue to learn, grow, and strengthen our ability to serve seniors and their families with excellence.

Calling all dog lovers! Join us for our 3rd Annual Dog Days of Summer at Homewood Living Williamsport on Wednesday, August 26, from 1:00–3:00 PM for an afternoon of wagging tails, sweet treats, and friendly competition! A panel of judges will crown our winners, and every participant can enjoy FREE hand-dipped ice cream and pup cups! 🍦🐕

💲Entry Fee: $20 per dog
❤️ 100% of proceeds benefit the Washington County Humane Society.

We took a trip north to the Conococheague Institute, and our residents had a wonderful time!

Our residents stepped back in time as they toured historic buildings, discovered what life was like in the 1700s, enjoyed fascinating stories from the staff and volunteers, and even made some new furry friends along the way.

A big thank you to the Conococheague Institute for welcoming us and giving us such a memorable day. We’re already looking forward to our next adventure!

🎉 Congratulations to Alice Robinson on an incredible achievement!
After nearly 6 years of caring for our residents as an LPN at Homewood, Alice has officially passed her exams and is now a Registered Nurse (RN)! 👏🎓
Her hard work, determination, and commitment to growing both personally and professionally have truly paid off. Throughout the years, she has made a lasting impact on the lives of our residents and fellow coworkers through her compassion and dedication to providing exceptional care.

🎶✨ What a blessing it was to welcome Babbie Mason to Homewood Living Ministries!
Homewood Living Ministries was honored to host Babbie Mason, a two-time Dove Award-winning Christian singer-songwriter, USA Today bestselling author, and television talk show host, for a series of inspiring performances across our communities.

Babbie brought so much more than incredible musical talent. Through her uplifting songs, personal stories, and heartfelt message, she inspired residents, guests, and members of our local church communities with words of faith, hope, and encouragement.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that enrich the lives of those we serve and strengthen the meaningful connections we share with our church partners and surrounding communities. A special thank you to David St. John, Homewood's Director of Ministry Development, whose passion and dedication help make meaningful programs like this possible for our residents.
