Current advertised compensation ranges from approximately $20.20–$26/hour for select QP positions to $45,000–$65,000 annually for clinical and program leadership opportunities, depending on the position, qualifications, experience, and employment arrangement.

Comprehensive Interventions, Inc. is expanding our team of behavioral health professionals in Eastern North Carolina. For more than 20 years, our organization has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health, behavioral, developmental, and substance-use challenges. As we continue to grow, we're looking for compassionate, dependable professionals who want their careers to grow with us.

Current opportunities include Qualified Professionals, licensed/associate-licensed clinicians, care-management professionals, and behavioral health leaders, with positions serving Williamston, Greenville, Bertie County, and surrounding communities.

Featured opportunities include: Day Treatment Qualified Professional — supporting children and adolescents with emotional regulation, behavioral functioning, coping skills, social development, and success in educational settings; Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional — working directly with children and families in their homes and communities; Tailored Care Management Program Manager — providing leadership and oversight for whole-person care management; and CST Team Lead/Adult Mental Health Therapist opportunities for appropriately licensed professionals.
