Good teams need people who know how to lead—and people who know how to get things done.

Comprehensive Interventions, Inc. is seeking candidates for CST Supervisor and Case Manager opportunities.

These are two different roles, but both contribute to something important: making sure individuals receive coordinated, dependable behavioral health support.

A Community Support Team (CST) Supervisor helps provide direction to the team, supports clinical and service quality, reviews documentation, and helps staff navigate the demands of community-based care.

A Case Manager focuses on coordination—helping individuals navigate services, connect with appropriate resources, communicate with providers, and follow through on identified needs and goals.

We're interested in professionals who are organized, communicate clearly, take accountability seriously, and understand the importance of treating people with dignity.

If you have a background in behavioral health, human services, care coordination, or clinical supervision, we'd like to hear from you. Qualifications and licensure requirements depend on the position.

As part of an IIH team, professionals may provide direct therapeutic or rehabilitative interventions, support individualized treatment goals, strengthen family functioning, coordinate with other providers, and maintain timely, accurate service documentation.

But even the most dedicated caregivers need time to manage personal responsibilities, attend appointments, and maintain balance in their own lives.

That's where quality respite services play an important role.

At Comprehensive Interventions, Inc. (CI), we recognize that effective respite care requires more than simply being present. It calls for patience, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to provide individualized support in a safe, respectful environment.

A Respite Provider may assist with daily routines, encourage appropriate social and recreational activities, monitor individual needs, and maintain a supportive environment while a primary caregiver is temporarily unavailable.

The goal is straightforward: provide continuity of care for the individual while offering dependable, temporary relief to the family or caregiver.

Provide leadership and operational oversight for CI's Tailored Care Management program. Supervise care management professionals, support quality and compliance standards, coordinate integrated services, and strengthen connections between healthcare providers, community resources, and the individuals receiving care.

🔹 ADULT MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST / CST TEAM LEAD
📍 Greenville, NC | Full-Time / Hybrid

Combine clinical services with team leadership in supporting adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Responsibilities include therapeutic interventions, individualized treatment planning, Community Support Team supervision, care coordination, and clinical documentation. Appropriate professional credentials and relevant experience are required.

COMPENSATION & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

CI offers competitive compensation based on position, qualifications, experience, and responsibilities.

Current compensation ranges include:

Qualified Professional positions: approximately $20–$26 per hour

Clinical and program leadership positions: approximately $45,000–$65,000 annually
