🎉🚚 What a Day at Atlas of South Jersey’s 2nd Annual Food Truck Fest! 🚚🎉

We were thrilled to be part of such a fun day bringing our Atlas South Jersey communities together! From delicious food and local vendors to music, games, activities, and plenty of smiles, there was something for everyone. 🌮🍔🍦🎶🎨

It was wonderful seeing our sister communities, staff, partners, families, and friends all come together to celebrate and enjoy the day. 💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Food Truck Fest such a success. We loved being part of it and can’t wait to do it again next year! 🎉🚚💙

Our residents and staff had a wonderful time celebrating **Christmas in July** with festive fun, holiday treats, and plenty of smiles. It was the perfect way to bring a little holiday magic to the middle of summer!

Our residents at Cedar Grove had a blast tie-dying shirts today in preparation for next month’s celebration. With colorful designs and plenty of creativity, everyone had fun making their own unique creations.

We can’t wait to see these groovy shirts in action at the party! 🌈✨

🎉 Grand Opening of Our New Employee Break Room! 💙

We’re excited to unveil our newly renovated Employee Break Room, featuring comfortable seating, a TV, beverage stations, and a relaxing space for our team to recharge and connect during busy days.

To celebrate, we held a ribbon-cutting ceremony complete with hot pretzels, donuts, snacks, beverages, and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.

A special thank you to Denise Price, our Chief Shop Steward and dedicated CNA with more than 30 years of service, for doing the honor of cutting the ribbon. Her commitment and years of dedication to Cedar Grove mean so much to our community.

Every day, our team shows up with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to making a difference for our residents. We’re proud to create a space where they can take a moment to relax, recharge, and feel appreciated. This space is for you! 💙

Today, our residents enjoyed an amazing luau filled with refreshing tropical drinks, delicious Hawaiian pork sandwiches, and lively music that brought the spirit of the islands to our community.

From great food to wonderful company, it was an afternoon full of smiles, laughter, and island vibes. Mahalo for making it such a memorable day! 🌺😊

We are proud to announce that Atlas Rehabilitation & Healthcare at Cedar Grove has earned the American Heart Association Skilled Nursing Facility Heart Failure Certification. ❤️

This certification recognizes our commitment to providing evidence-based care for residents living with heart failure.

It evaluates skilled nursing facilities against rigorous, science-based standards for program management, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, clinical management, and continuous quality improvement.

Nearly 1 in 4 heart failure patients are readmitted within 30 days of discharge, and approximately half are readmitted within six months.

About one quarter of these readmissions may be preventable.

This certification supports our ongoing efforts to help reduce preventable hospital readmissions while enhancing the quality of care our residents receive.

We remain committed to delivering exceptional, resident-centered care and continually advancing the quality of services we provide.
