•SPF daily + reapply ever 2 hours when in direct sunlight
•Proper sunglasses/eyewear (yes, I’ve treated patients with melanoma of the eye 👁️)
•Hats
•Avoid peak sun hours between 11-2pm
•Annual skin checks for early detection (preferably in the winter months or early spring)
