My goal is to LISTEN to each client and use my teachings and knowledge to provide sound, proven therapies, assisting you on your path of encompassing wellness physically, emotionally and spiritually. Our sessions are individualized to meet each client’s needs each time we see them, as change happens. Although the majority of our clients are experiencing some form of physical dysfunction/injury/ail

ment, we also see those who are simply looking for a serene, peaceful, relaxation session as well.

As per office updates and changes effective 05/01/2026:

MASSAGES:
- Cancellations the day *before* your appointment, up until 5:00 p.m., will be assessed a 50% appointment rate inconvenience fee.

- Cancellations after 5:00 p.m. the day before, or the day of your appointment, or any no-shows, will be assessed the *full appointment fee.*

PSYCHIC MEDIUMSHIP READINGS:
- All *Mediumship Readings* with Colleen must be paid in-full when scheduled. NO REFUNDS for cancellations or re-scheduling. No exceptions.

CLASSES:
- All classes must be paid-in-advance. Your spot is not guaranteed until full payment is made on a first-come/first-serve basis.
No refunds. If you are unable to come to a class you paid for, you *can* send a substitute to fill your place.

FOR ALL CLIENTS/STUDENTS:
- No further appointments can be scheduled until a late-cancel / no-show fee is paid.

- No exceptions. This is my booking system’s policy and cannot be over-ridden.
