Meet Dr. Bashir O. Attuwaybi, a board-certified colon and re**al surgeon specializing in cancer care and colore**al surgery. A member of Buffalo Medical Group, Dr. Attuwaybi has more than 20 years of experience and has a special interest in minimally invasive and laparoscopic colon and re**al procedures, colore**al cancer surgery, surgery for ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease and surgical treatment of re**al prolapse, hemorrhoids, perianal fistula and anore**al physiology.

🌟 Physician Spotlight: Timothy M. Adams, MD

A valued member of General Physician, UBMD Surgery and UBMD Physicians Group, Dr. Timothy M. Adams is an experienced, board-certified colore**al and general surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the colon, re**um and a**s.

Dr. Adams provides expert care for a wide range of colore**al conditions, including colon cancer screening and colonoscopy, diverticular disease, hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowel disease and other disorders of the lower digestive tract. He also performs general and minimally invasive surgical procedures, with a focus on laparoscopic techniques designed to support faster recovery and improved patient outcomes.

Additionally, Dr. Adams serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Buffalo, where he helps educate and mentor the next generation of surgeons while advancing excellence in patient care throughout Western New York.
