🎉 High five for FIVE years, Charlie! 🎉

Our 5 year celebration tour continues!!! This July marked five years of Charlie being part of the ConnectUs family! During that time, she has grown, evolved, and transitioned into private practice with her very own Caldera Therapy!…….all while continuing to serve clients, collaborate with our providers, and remain an important part of our ConnectUs team and community.

Mental health care is never a solo effort. It takes a strong, connected team of providers supporting one another and working together to help clients find the care that’s right for them. Charlie is a wonderful example of how individual growth can make the whole team stronger.

Charlie, thank you for the compassion, dedication, and expertise you have brought to ConnectUs and to our community. We’re so proud to celebrate five years with you and this exciting chapter with Caldera Therapy! 💙

Celebrating 5 years of Brittany! 🎉

On June 15, 2021, ConnectUs welcomed someone pretty special to our team.....and mental health care in our community is better because of it!

From day one, Brittany brought a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, genuine passion, and an unwavering dedication to mental health. Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of watching that foundation grow into the confidence, expertise, and clinical judgment that make her such a trusted provider today.

As our first Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Brittany has become an invaluable partner in care, someone patients and fellow professionals alike can count on. She consistently goes the extra mile to strengthen communication, collaboration, and continuity of care for those we serve.

We are incredibly grateful for the impact Brittany has made over these five years and continues to make every day. 💚
