Mom brain is common.

But common doesn’t mean normal.

If you’ve noticed more brain fog, forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, or feeling mentally overwhelmed since becoming a mother, there may be more going on than simply “getting older” or “being a mom.”

Motherhood changes the brain. Nutrient depletion, hormones, sleep, stress, and the mental load of caring for others can all play a role.

The goal isn’t to blame motherhood.

It’s to understand it.

Because when we understand what’s happening, we can better support the women experiencing it. 💚

🌊 The modern woman isn't lacking information. 👇

She's drowning in it.

As women, we're constantly given more things to do.

🥗 Eat cleaner.
😴 Sleep more.
🧘 Reduce stress.
🏃 Exercise.
📈 Track your cycle.
🌱 Heal your gut.
⚖️ Fix your hormones.
💊 Take the supplements.
💧 Drink the water.
☀️ Get outside.
🧠 Meditate.

None of these things are bad.

But eventually health starts to feel like another thing on your to-do list.

Another area where you're falling short.

I've noticed that many women aren't struggling because they don't care about their health.

They're struggling because they're trying to juggle a thousand different pieces of advice while raising kids, running households, showing up at work, and caring for everyone around them.

And for many women, it's not just the physical workload.

It's the mental load too.

📝 The constant decision-making.
🍽️ Planning meals.
📅 Managing schedules.
⏰ Remembering appointments.
❤️ Anticipating everyone's needs before they even ask.

When you're carrying that much, even simple decisions about your own health can feel overwhelming.

And after a while, it becomes frustrating.

Because you are trying. You're making changes. You're buying the supplements. You're listening to the podcasts. You're doing the work. Yet it can still feel like you're spinning your wheels and getting nowhere.

More often than not, the problem isn't a lack of effort.

The problem is trying to tackle everything at once without knowing what actually deserves your attention first.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't finding more answers.

👉It's knowing where to start.
👉It's knowing what actually matters for YOUR body.
👉It's knowing what you can safely set aside.

Maybe you don't need more information. Maybe you need clarity.

You don't have to sort through all the noise alone.

If this resonates with you, send me a message. I'd be happy to help you figure out where to start. 💚

The longer I’m in practice the more I realize how many women are functioning in survival mode on a day to day basis like it's the norm.

And instead of asking why our bodies are sounding the alarm, we’ve built an entire wellness industry around managing the symptoms of it.

😴 Fatigue
⚖️ Hormone imbalances
😵‍💫 Anxiety
🫠 Burnout
📈 Weight gain
🌙 Insomnia
🥀 Low libido
☁️ Brain fog

We treat these like isolated problems to fix so we can continue to go about our day instead of asking what the body is trying to communicate.

Symptoms are not the body failing. They are the body adapting to an environment or lifestyle that is no longer sustainable.
