Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cognitive difficulties ("fibro fog"). It is believed to be caused by abnormal pain processing in the central nervous system, often triggered by stress, trauma, or infection.

The issue with Fibromyalgia is the Invisible Symptoms: Despite severe, chronic, widespread pain, people with fibromyalgia look healthy, leading to feelings of being disbelieved or misunderstood
