π OFFICIAL PUBLIC PRESS RELEASE
IDENTITY MISUSE, IMPERSONATION & CYBER SAFETY NOTICE
βοΈ PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT
I am a licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of professional practice, licensed in North Dakota and Florida.
This statement is issued regarding an ongoing matter involving the unauthorized use of my name, likeness, business identity, and personal contact information across online platforms.
This situation is inconsistent with my professional history, ethics, and long-standing practice standards.
π¨ IMPERSONATION & FRAUDULENT ONLINE ACTIVITY
Beginning approximately June 2025, fraudulent online profiles began operating using my identity without authorization.
On March 1, 2026, I discovered an expanded pattern of impersonation involving:
Misuse of my professional images
False representation of services
Fabricated or manipulated content tied to my identity
Unauthorized exposure of personal and professional contact information
This included replication of my professional materials combined with unrelated or altered content intended to misrepresent my identity. This account sat inactive for 36weeks confirmed by a detective then immediately after reporting to the lower level of authority for reporting purposes, and meta the account deleted within the hour of reporting. Which I saw as a flag due to Meta removes fake business accounts within 72 hours to 5 business days on average, though this timeline can stretch into weeks for complex cases.
A separate incident in 2024 involved a fraudulent account using my personal and professional identity, repeatedly altering identifying information in what appeared to be continued harassment activity.
π§Ύ DOCUMENTATION, DISCOVERY & REPORTING
All relevant evidence has been:
Fully documented and preserved
Submitted through appropriate cybercrime reporting channels
Provided for professional and legal review
In addition, a consulting attorney with experience in cyber-extortion matters reviewed the evidence and confirmed concerns consistent with unauthorized dissemination of personal and professional identity information through illicit online networks, including dark web-associated environments.
βοΈ PROFESSIONAL TRAINING & DUTY OF CARE
As part of licensure requirements in Florida, licensed massage therapists complete mandatory education in:
Human trafficking awareness and identification
Recognition of exploitation indicators
Mandatory reporting procedures
Victim safety and risk awareness strategies
These standards are consistent with my professional obligations in North Dakota, where I have applied the same level of ethical responsibility, awareness, and reporting standards throughout my career.
I have acted in good faith in recognizing and reporting safety concerns when appropriate and have supported proper reporting processes where applicable.
I do not take matters involving exploitation, trafficking indicators, or public safety lightly.
