Paul Richard Oman, 87, of Paynesville, died Friday, August 21 at St. Cloud Hospital. His memorial service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, August 29 at Paynesville Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at a later date at Clover Leaf Cemetery in Willmar. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred. Arrangements are with Harvey Anderson & Johnson Funeral Homes.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2026 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Belgrade followed by burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Belgrade. Visitation will continue on Friday for one hour prior to the service at church with a Christian Women’s Rosary at 9:30 a.m.
