Dear everyone.
Due to a family matter, I needed to travel to Europe. Because of this, all MY classes are canceled until further notice.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience.
I will continue to post updates here on Facebook and will also share the updated class schedule.

Icky weather and multiple cancellations today, so we’ll sadly be canceling tonight’s 5:30 pm Yin class. Sometimes the best practice is simply slowing down, staying warm, and listening to what the day asks of us. Take good care of yourselves, and we’ll see you back on the mat soon 🤍

We’ll meet tomorrow at 6 AM for a grounded morning practice with Hatha sun salutations, energizing breath exercises, and a steady start to the day. Looking forward to moving and breathing together in the early quiet of the morning. 💫

This class is created to honor nurturing, connection, softness, and grounding — whether you are a mother, celebrating a mother, missing one, or simply wanting to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll share a gentle 75-minute yin journey together with a few special treats and meaningful moments along the way.
All are welcome. Come as you are and allow yourself to rest, breathe, and receive. ✨
