Please welcome Lori Schaust to our Compassionate Care team!
Not only is she a fantastic caregiver, Lori is now our Nurse Manager that will be helping out with our annual training and the training in of new caregivers.

Lori is from Fairfax and has two adopted children, Will and Sydney.
She enjoys playing the piano, golf, reading, and particularly has a love for pulling weeds. 🌿🙂

Lori's favorite part of caregiving is spending one-on-one time with our clients.
"You always get more than you give".

Please say hello to our new caregiver, Michele Albers.
Michele and her husband Terry Albers are from Willmar where they raised their three children; Justin, Trisha, and Megan. They also have three grandchildren; Jax, Jett, and Ivy.
Michele became a caregiver for Compassionate Care because she wants to help our clients stay independent and to be able to live their best life!
Michele's hobbies are: walking, cooking, reading, and time with family.
She also loves the outdoors! Snowmobiling, motorcycling, and boating.

Say hello to our resident Felines!
They had a long journey before becoming permanent Compassionate Care resident cats.
Their humble beginnings start out in the middle of the cornfields near Clara City. As with many young kitties, they felt trapped and wanted to be free and to discover themselves. So they said their goodbyes and moved to the big city of Denver, Colorado. After getting their fill of careless living, they soon realized the thin air of Denver was too much. So they headed for the fresh air and cornfields that surround Omaha. There they find themselves having to share housing with another cat. Instantly, tensions are high with the new roommate and things get a little hairy. Realizing there's no better option but to part ways. So they bought one way tickets to Willmar and found themselves at the doorsteps of Compassionate Care.

Say hello to our new Service Manager/Caregiver, Lisa Grove.
Lisa started with us this past November.

Lisa grew up in Spicer and graduated from New London.
She enjoys crafting, puzzles and traveling.
Her bucket list is to visit Isreal, Greece, and Norway.
When asked what she enjoys most about caregiving, Lisa says she really enjoys getting to know clients on a one-on-one basis. Making that connection and bringing a smile to their faces, as well as getting them to laugh.

We are currently looking for caregivers to join us in providing high quality services for the elderly in our community.

Sometimes, when we think of caregivers, we typically think of it as a woman's profession. But male caregivers are greatly need in the industry to provide one on one companionship with male clients, "guy talk". Transportation shifts that need the physical abilities to use and transport walkers or wheelchairs for the client. And there are other great ways a male caregiver can serve our clients.

Although we are looking for male caregivers, we are taking applications for anyone who would enjoy serving our seniors.
We offer flexible hours that work best for you with clients that fit your personality.
